Between the One Nation lines

Yesterday I found out all about media bureaucracy in the highest places. Strange group the journalists - they claim to stand for freedom of the press, but do what they can to stop it.

Full story and images on the day eleven One Nation MPs took there place in Queensland's Parliament here.

See the historic moments and the rowdy mob outside.

Subject: Comments on Australian News of the Day

As a Police Officer who performed duty at the protest at Parliament House on Tuesday 28th July 1998 I feel moved to comment about the behaviour of the juviniles at that protest. Over the last twenty five years I have attended most demonstration from save the whales to kill the babies (or is it kill the whales and save the babies) and the same "rent a crowd" turn up at every one. Today was different. These demonstrators were immature children who have been manipulated by such organisations as Resistance and others. They were a vocal minority. Earlier in the day I spoke to students from Aspley High School and the vast majority of students told me that in no way would they march in a protest organised by Resistance. It restored my faith in our young people to see that they had enough common sense to see what an evil organisation Resistance is. One of the conditions of membership to the organisation, Resistance is that a person has to be under 25 years of age. The reason for this is obvious, most people on reaching 25 years have a little common sense. There is no place in an organisation like Resistance for people with common sense and the 500 or so student demonstrators who attended the protest would undoubtedly fit in as members of Resistance.

Subject: Candidates

Dear Sir

Your member for the Tablelands, Shaun Nelson, did a wonderful job on T.V. Channel 7. The school kids' tie up to communism and socialism was exposed - and made to look silly; them and not One Nation for at least that time.

Senior Citizens' paper is all for you. They also had an article wherein a Labour Official exposed the Labour Party's past participation in Migrant electorates in bringing in their relatives.

My suggestion - probably not new to you and not meant to be "cheeky"- Could you not make sure that One Nation as a candidate in each Labour-held seat for the Commonwealth election, if you do not already have same.

That Party has taken Australian down-hill for nearly thirty years and will still do so. I am not biased, just discerning.

Please would you consider printing material for distribution before the election, that high-lights -
a. All the billions donated to each Asian country by Australia - and which country, and the corruption in each.
b. Let us all know the contents of the Treaty re Aboriginals that Current Affairs rudely stopped you from airing.
c. Inform us all what a Wik Lodgment contains.
d. Let all know that it is merely the leaders, often 90% white, who will benefit from monies.

e. Expose in detail the corruption by Atzec and Aboriginal communities.
f. The migration facts and figures that you and that expert lady from Victoria disclosed on T.V.
g. Inform all and sundry it is NOT an election on race issues. The way that is bandied about by both major parties is ridiculous - but wearing down some possible support for the whole system of right and wrong.
h. The fact that Asian papers always only COPY what our media says in print and on T.V. It is not Pauline Hanson but those people who make problems in Asia. It works on the endemic fears in say, the Chinese, as a result of their thousands of years oppression by their own - and e.g. foreigners, like the Japanese and Mongols, or Indonesians or Malays.
i. You followed along in the past with Refugees being admitted by Australia - whereas Thailand refused them; Hong Kong sent them packing; Malaysia refused them, keeping them on an island off the East Coast; until shifted on; Singapore refused them, yet brought in thousands of Philippinos and Indians, giving the Philippino house-maids an atrocious deal - from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day, except their off-days with not that much pay; Indonesia refused them. Malaysia has sent even Indonesians illegals home - almost the same race (Malay based).
j. Spell out how much the Aboriginals get from the Government - re houses, loans etc. Your average Australian has no idea. If the Chinese, Turkish, Syrian, Jewish and Greek migrants knew their tax was going the way of corrupt expenditure they would have a different think. Italians know as they live amongst it.
k. Right now the Indian Government is moving to close the many and excellent Christian schools, to make India Hindu. Such intolerance does not exist in Australia. l. In Indonesia there have been tens of millions of millionaires - why do we bail that country out? Enclosed is a copy of a letter sent to the T.V. news.

I hope this memo is not totally about something you are already working on. If it is, forgive me.

Re Current Affairs 13th July in relation to the Freedom Fighters may I pass on these comments that hopefully will be received with thought by yourselves and passed on to the learned Professor.

I do not doubt his learning and wisdom and in no way am I suggesting we might be in present danger from Indonesia. However, as follows: -
1. An American who escaped from Irian Jaya without a Visa into Australia and was received, at the time of the fight with the Dutch, told me that there was military hardware pointed at Australia. He met with the then Australian Secret Service and informed them of the facts which they had not known and which of course was not reported in the Press.

2. I myself read in Indonesian a Page 2 report of one of their Newspapers during the last decade, words to this effect re Australia - "With tolerance we have viewed your land and have not invaded it even though we could have". I, a patriotic Aussie, wrote anonymously to the Editor, in Indonesian.

3. During the fuss last decade over East Timor, I myself being in Jakarta watching the T.V. News in Indonesian, heard Adam Malik, the then Foreign Minister say, "Awas Australie, jangan sampai kami merases tersinggung". That was a serious warning to Australia regarding possible military action against us if we did not watch out. I then returned home and passed this on to certain authorities in Sydney. Nothing like that was ever in our Press that I could see.

4. I' m sure the learned Professor would know that Indonesia has Nusantara in mind for herself, that includes Papua and New Guinea. As far as I know this goes back many years. I have seen their map.

5. I remember the War when Japan entered. We were totally unprepared. The Air Force was a laughing matter and so was the Navy. I think it was the 9th Div. that had seen service for months in Tobruk had to be rushed home without Leave to fight the Japs in New Guinea. Brisbane was the last Line of Defence by General MacArthur.

All this is serious stuff. We hope we are never invaded. We nearly were - but for the Yanks and the marvellous fighting stuff of the Aussies who would die for their mates.

So the Freedom Fighters are not really all that silly. Perhaps unwise, I do not know - but not ridiculous.

Followed the link regarding the Narla Mineral NL Annual Report, but nothing on the pages?

In regard to the thee Democratic Socialist Youth; seeing they, and ON, both claim to oppose what is called racism, and also economic fundamentalism, then both should be able to prove to any doubters that they are both fair dinkum, by ignoring any differences, and organising a joint rally against Economic Rationalism, on which both agree. The fact that both parties could join in a common cause would prove
a) neither are prejudiced merely because they disagree on some subjects and,
b) that it is possible in a true democracy for two with mutual antagonism, to unite as one on subjects they agree on.

Subject: Immigration

Here is a copy of a letter I sent the Sydney morning herald. I hope they publish it. As I stated in the letter I have been in Canada looking at the immigration Situation for nearly a year. This over here are no better then Australia.

The Editor,

Immigration increases employment! What a JOKE. Does Professor Chapman and Dr Deborah Cobb-Clark actually want us to believe this. They need to get out in the real world .Take Canada for example, Canada prides itself on there high immigration levels. All they have done is create a low income work force so that the rich can get richer. Canada's unemployment rate is the same if not higher then Australia's. I have been in Canada now for nearly a year looking at this problem first hand.

Subject: Beazley

Does anybody have a clue why somebody has written a biography of Kim Beazley? I mean, what has he done to deserve such honour? I reckon a biography of our dog, Handel would be a far better read (Why Handel? Well Bach would've been a silly name for a dog). Handel was a real character and he's even decently dead and buried.

Talk about these elites being up themselves!

Subject: Ms. M. Albrite

Hi Scott,

I saw on the TV and read Ms. Albrite's advice, if you could call it that. She told us that we have NO OPTION with regard to GLOBALISATION. Well, if there is one thing that will get my back up it is someone who has stuffed up thier own country telling me how we should run this one. The kindest thing I can say to those people is "PULL YOUR BLOODY HEAD IN!!!!. but would it not have sounded better coming from the prime minister? I would have thought that statements like that from foreign politicians would be as a red rag to a bull for our leaders, regardless of the outcome it MUST be OUR outcome, arrived at without interferance by any external forces.

I respect your views on Austraya, but would like some more information about how i could attend meetings without getting bashed by those thugs. I would also like to know the street address for your Victorian state office, and would like to know if you have an office in Melbourne.

Thank you your supporter

Subject: 2 things:

do you have any information about how an "ordinary" person such as Ms.Hanson was able to put together a credible party.? Let me explain what I mean and why I ask :

I have long taken an ongoing interest in what our politicians do and have believed that the weakness of democracy is that 98% of citizens do not pay attention to what happens at the political level on an ongoing basis but think that democracy entails no more than appearing at a ballot box every 4 to 5 years. But I had also concluded that the political establishment (regardless of where they were on the political spectrum)had the process locked up and that an "ord

inary" citizen could rant and rave but accomplish no change: and along comes Ms. Hanson with a non-status background and proves me wrong-how did she do it? Is she a born speaker with lots of charisma?

Scott,

many thanks for your extremely valuable emails and newsletters. This is the only way that we in rural Vic can get the TRUTH.

Some very good news from MARYBOROUGH VICTORIA

I read with delight this morning a letter in the local Advertiser from Gordon Leyton who was the ALP campaign manager in this area.

His letter of resignation in the paper listing his reasons as ' ... fed up with Labor's determination in pursuing policies ...... going down the path of privitisation and globalisation ....etc.'

Add this to the resignation of Stephen Allen President of the local Liberal party and we have a rout!!!. Both have stated their intention of joining one nation.....

Looking forward to news from one nation .

I was also very delighted to have lunch with Pauline in Bendigo last week. Keep up the good work

yours sincerely

Subject: Charging the bank

Hello Tony Delroy,

Just confirming that you have listeners during the "early morning" late night show from all over.

We wonder how many others have cut up their copy of Encyclopaedia Britanica for school projects you naughty boy.

Happy Birthday for 1 January.

That recent caller who told you (and us) about his letter to the Bank indicating that he would be charging a (weekly?) monthly fee for allowing the bank to conduct his account certainly sounded like he had a marvellous idea which should be followed up.

If the politicians, lacking the intestinal fortitude necessary for their role, are willing to not only allow the banks to arbitrarily increase the interest rate on overdrafts/loans after the funds have been advanced but also are prepared to turn the proverbial blind eye to the confiscation of depositors funds through the levying of frequent and excessive account keeping fees without providing any discernible service, then it should be possible under the now fully deregulated system for depositors to impose an appropriate fee for providing funds especially when the Australian Government issued bank licence provides that the bank can create credit equivalent to about eighteen times the amount of such deposits and to generate revenue from not only usurious interest but also a multitude of fees on virtually all of that.

Deposit $1,000.00 Annual Interest paid to depositor $10.00 Less account keeping fees of $7.00 per month nett loss to depositor $60.00 plus income tax Credit created, as a direct result of the deposit, $18,000.00 Interest charged on credit advanced $1,800.00 plus "Establishment" and Account keeping and account review fees cost of maintaining details on computer - negligible

nett profit to bank - exhorbitant!

Subject: Election date????

How convenient for the Supreme Court to set February next year for the hearing of the case against One Nation regarding the money owed for the Queensland election.

Can we assume that this is when the election will be, so that Pauline and her staff will be tied up in court, instead of being on the campaign trail?

Did we ever hear that both the Labour and Liberal party received over twelve million dollars for the last election from the taxpayers? We have repeatedly heard how One Nation will receive almost half a million dollars of the taxpayers' money, as if it is the only party receiving it. I wonder how much the Liberal and Labour parties received for the Queensland election.

Scott could you check the figures out and put them in your newspaper. Also could you check if the politicians elected received ALL THIS MONEY THEMSELVES.(that is almost a joke}The Government and Opposition receive millions of dollars from the unions and big business, as well as the election money to run their campaigns, yet their stooges try to stop One Nation from receiving money it is actually entitled to. Of course the sitting politicians also use their position to fly around the country campaigning at the taxpayers expense. Tim Fischer has never been seen so often in his electorate as the last few months, since a One Nation candidate was nominated for Farrer.

All I can say is that they must be terrified of what will happen to their cushy jobs if One Nation gets enough seats to hold balance of power. I can see no other reason for the shocking smear campaign they are running.

Cambodia has to have a Peace keeping corps for their election, after seeing the Militant groups inciting our children to leave their schools to protest against One Nation, I wouldn't be surprised if Australia eventually comes to this. These children can easily be influenced by such groups, as have the University students over the years, but now we are seeing High schools being infiltrated as well. It does not auger well for Australia's future when you see a young woman from South Africa tell our children that we should follow Fidel Castro's regime, as it has the best system in the world.

Go get 'em Pauline.

A further suggestion - If you don't like Australian democracy then why don't you and your mates peacefully protest by removing yourselves along with your money?
