Loony left at it again

The anti-One Nation poster shown on the right has been put up all over the University Campus at the University of Western Sydney - Nepean Campus ( Second Ave, Kingswood ) this morning, The sign was held on by masking tape & was fresh so I don't think they have been up for long.

Note that it advertises the One Nation AGM, & the Joan Sutherland Centre (Penrith) Visit by Pauline.

Paff makes front page again

One Nation MP Jack Paff made it to the front page of The Courier-Mail again today with the leaking of a confidential document from the Criminal Justice Commission.

The document was first provided to the Labor party MPs who made reference to it in Parliament on Wednesday when Paff resigned from the PCJC. The next step was a fax to The Courier-Mail who ran today's story, which I reproduce below.

Like Shreddergate, the real question that The Courier-Mail should be asking - but are conveniently not - is how the document was leaked. Evidence supplied to the CJC is supposed to be confidential - but it is not as the watchdog body is not independent but is a politically motivated body.

The recent Channel 9 Sunday program questioned the integrity of the CJC because of the manner in which it glossed over and failed to properly investigate the allegations related to the Heiner Inquiry shredding. Quite clearly the CJC is not an independent body it is a stooge of the people it is supposed to be keeping an eye on.

When reading the article remember that Paff made it clear that he was telling a private joke to a police officer which was overheard by a member of the governor's staff at a private function.

Here is the article:

Officer labels Paff "unmitigated liar" (by Michael Madigan and Simon Lonax)

One Nation MP Jack Paff is an "unmitigated liar" whom you would not invite home for dinner, a senior police officer has told a parliamentary committee.

A parliamentary report on Mr Paff has revealed he was affected by alcohol when he lied about former police officers at a Government House function last September.

The parliamentary criminal justice committee report also reveals that as well as falsely accusing police of squeezing a suspect's testicles and assaulted a suspect, Mr Paff boasted he and a fellow police officer planed cannabis in a bikie's helmet.

The officer accused of squeezing a suspect's testicles told the PCJC investigation he had never been in a police care with Mr Paff, nor engaged in police work with him.

"But may I say my knowledge of Jack Paff is that he is an unmitigated liar, a person of low moral standards, a person that you wouldn't certainly invite home from dinner, nor would you want to be seen associated with in the street because you might be judged harshly by the community," the officer says (in reply to Paff's claim about him) in the report.

"That's my view of Jack Paff, that was my view of Jack Paff at the time when he was in Ipswich, and is still my view of Jack Paff."

Assistant Commissioner Graham Williams, one of two officers exonerated by a CJC probe into allegations Mr Paff later retracted, declined to comment.

Mr Paff was unavailable for comment yesterday but One Nation leader Bill Feldman defended him as a fearless old police officer whom the PCJC wanted to jettison.

"They didn't want him looking over their shoulder because he may have seen things he shouldn't have and tried to do something about them," Mr Feldman said, "In old police language, Jack knows crap from clay without having to taste it."

Mr Paff who was forced to resign from the PCJC this week because of his false allegations, admitted all his stories were false.

Mr Paff claimed in January that he had made the allegations to test whether there were leaks coming from the CJC.

But when asked by the PCJC whether that was true, he replied: "Not on the night - I realised afterwards what it was going to do."

The PCJC condemned Mr Paff for his actions.

Mr Paff's concerns about leaks from the politically motivated CJC appear to have been confirmed.

Banks' fraud

Tracey Grimshaw interviews Graham Mcleod - TPI pensioner W.A.

After a long battle with the Veterans Review Board and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in Western Australia, Mr Mcleod won his case against banks making charges against his pension which was paid into his account by the Federal Government.

Various sections of Commonwealth Administrative Law or Federal Administrative Law make provisions that expressly forbid banks or any other body including the Tax Department from making charges on Government pension accounts. Nobody takes any notice of this Act - not the banks - not the bureaucrats and not the politicians who have been elected to protect us, in my case David Jull who has been in Office for many a long year.

Once a pension is paid into an account nobody can touch any part of that pension without the express permission of the person who has that entitlement - either before or after that pension is paid into said account. All social security pensioners have that right under the relevant sections of the Social Security Act. This applies for every type of Government payment to recipients.

Banks are being encouraged to steal from pensioners by bureaucrats of various Government Departments - Mr Mcleod has documentary evidence to that effect.

On a personal note (from Tony Lee):-
I have been on a pension since 26 March 1992. The Department of Social Security credits my account every two weeks and I make one withdrawal every two weeks. I normally make withdrawals at Suncorp, Loganholme but on one occasion I was met with the message on the outdoor teller - "This facility is being serviced, try again in a few minutes". Since it was early morning I decided that 'a few minutes' might be a few hours. I checked my withdrawal card and noticed 'Cashcard' was advertised on the back of it. I took this to mean I could withdraw my pension at a 'Cashcard' facility. I did so and was promptly charged $1.50 for doing so. When I complained to the Suncorp bank staff at the Hyperdome I was verbally attacked by at least two of the staff. "You are lucky to have a pension, we don't get one". Twice I was asked if I wanted to close my account. I was told I would get a refund but it did not come. I left wondering what incentive banks were offering staff to make them abettors in stealing customers money. I presume, like politicians and bureaucrats, staff are being given low interest rates on their loans (if not totally free of interest!)

¨People might think $1.50 is a paltry sum but Suncorp-Metway profit jumped 26 per cent in February 1999. How much of this profit was illegally taken from pensioners? To find out why not ring your MP now. David Jull (MP FADDEN) can be reached on Freephone 1800814640 or residence 33437581 Fax 32991208 Office 32991159. Why not give him a call and ask him where he stands on this particular piece of political skullduggery?

Packer claims Crown

Melbourne's Crown Casino is now in Packer's hands.

The takeover is based on a share swap with 11 Crown shares for every one Publishing and Broadcasting limited share.

Weeks before the deal was finalised Packer got Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett to change the tax rules on high betting gamblers - the new deal brings the tax payable down... and increases the profitability of the casino.

How does Packer do it? Well that's how the corrupt system works in this country.

The AGM

Hi Scott,

I'd just like to give you a round of applause Scott for all the photos and the "tell it like it is" report on the One Nation AGM. I was thrilled by the result and got a lot of pleasure from reading your report.

As a West Aussie I would feel very "information impoverished" without the internet. The reports on the success of the meeting were reported here in exactly the same manner as you describe over there in your page on how the media reported the success of it. Yep; a big fat Zilch!

Thanks Scott, and keep up the great work.

David Morgan.

Tell the truth, I did

Darryl Wheeley

I have requested Darryl to send me the transcript which I will publish here.

Australians Against Further Immigration

Australians Against Further Immigration look to be standing more than twice as many candidates as One Nation in the upcoming NSW Election. As such, (ex-A.T.O.) Edwin Woodger will almost certainly win a seat ahead of Pauline's paramour David Oldfield.

Since 1989, AAFI has become blue in the face saying that Immigration makes crime worse, and immigration worsens Australia's balance of trade.

Recent reports of tripling crime in Sydney (target for 50% of new migrants), and the latest quarterly and monthly trade figures (worst on record) give us no pleasure to say ..... "TOLD YOU STUPID BASTARDS SO ! ! ! "

IMMIGRATION - LET'S STOP IT FOR GOOD.
