Have you signed the petition to the Prime Minister yet? If not, do it now!

Comment from Don Veitch's book "Hansonism, trick or treat", "Joan Kirner a former Labor Premier in Victoria, also gave support. She helped open doors (for Militant) to Unions and ALP branches in Richmond. Eventually Au$60,000 was raised from ALP and union sources. Jolly (Militant leader) praised this idea of a united front with the Labor Party, but this was simply the old entryism tactic of a Trotskyist formation."

Militant are the extreme left wing Communists who disrupt One Nation meetings with violence - like the meeting at Dandenong earlier this year.

A new authorised biography on Pauline Hanson will be released in the next few weeks. There will be a very limited edition of only 150 hard copy productions being sold at the launch together with an unlimited soft cover first edition.

Have a sneak preview on "Pauline, The Hanson Phenomenon". We will provide on-line ordering details shortly... the book is due for release in early November.

Quote from the home page of our Australian Labor Party "friends" at Left Link: This link usually takes you to Pauline Hanson's One Nation Party's press release regarding Left Link (but sometimes it will take you to the writings of some bloke named Scott...)

The reference to Kim Beazley on this link has been dropped from their page... no wonder when the link now takes you to the "ALP Thug Files"

They seek the link, they seek the link there, but Left Link cannot find the link anywhere....

Young Jamie Packer is apparently getting all upset over fiancee Kate Fischer's role as a seductress in a film Dust off the Wings that will shortly be coming to your screen. Fischer, who appeared nude with Elle MacPherson in the film Sirens is supposed to perform a specific sexual act with the groom in a toilet at the wedding.

United International Pictures marketing manager Sam Hamilton said that he had been directed not to mention Fischer's name in any part of the film's promotion!

Interesting comments in yesterday's Queensland Times by Pauline Hanson's old aide, John Pasquarelli, who is in the middle of writing a lengthy and denigrating book about his old boss.

One Nation decline

Bob Hawke told the Liberals, "If you can't run your party, you can't run the country." Pauline Hanson is now being told the same thing.

The advice is being ignored and the losers will be those ordinary Australians who thought that One Nation would provide a welcome relief from the ratbaggery, spivvery and personal power struggles that consume our major political parties.

As a fully paid up member of One Nation I am being contacted on a daily basis by other members concerned at the direction the party is taking. The recent power struggle within the Oxley branch is symptomatic of the problem.

There are also serious concerns about the administration of the party which should have its headquarters in Ipswich. It is autocratic and un-Australian for One Nation office bearers to be forced to sign undated resignation forms. Have Messrs Oldfield, Ettridge and Pauline Hanson complied with this pre-requisite?

The steady decline of One Nation in the polls, almost since its inception, is now a serious cause for alarm that cannot be argued away by blindly ignoring the figures. The trend in all polls has been steadily downhill.

A stream of vital issues has passed by without Pauline Hanson making any serious, deliberate comment based on sound research.

Many One Nation supporters have become disillusioned and are now transmitting their feelings out into the general community.

The solution lies with Pauline Hanson herself and she must act quickly and decisively before all is lost. She must recognise her Ipswich office on the basis of dealing with important issues, not petty, personal relationships.

She must sit down with those who have genuine concerns and talk through their problems. Accountability, truth and fairness are part of the Hanson credo and she must apply them to One Nation without delay.

As I told Pauline, she only has to stand in front of a mirror to see who will destroy her.

John Pasquarelli, Melbourne.

Comment about Pasquarelli from Don Veitch's book, "Hansonism, trick or treat (pg 64): Pasquarelli and his connections are not wild and fascist. They are Establishment networks....

No wonder he has his mind set on destroying her... the rewards from the COGs could be great.

Making the news" -
an indepth exposé of media and political collusion at the highest possible levels in Australia.

Political:

A survey of 400 Ipswich residents by Mediascan for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) found that 43% of Ipswich residents believe that Pauline Hanson has had a negative effect on Ipswich, while 33% believed that Ms Hanson had had a positive effect on the city.

39% of respondents believed that Ipswich had a greater problem with race relations than anywhere else in Queensland with 10% saying that they had been subjected to racial harassment over the last two year.

ABC's Anna Reynolds show is today broadcasting live for an hour from the Barry Jones Auditorium in the Global Information Centre between 9 and 10am. Ms Hanson is expected to be the main subject of discussion.

With the departure of Cheryl Kernot from the Democrats for the richer picking promised by the ALP her former staff are now responding to the loss of their jobs without warning with a vengeance. They are an interesting but forgotten casualty of the leader's treachery - the resulting loss of employment of a number of staff around Australia who used to work for her in a full time or part time basis. They were obviously disposable in the light of Kernot's ambitious frame of mind. Among those to lose her job was Democrats Oxley candidate Kate Kunzelmann who lost her part-time job as a research officer in Ms Kernot's office.

The staff have farewelled her with the "Kernot hate list" - a whiteboard on which they have written vitriolic messages such as "Ding dong, the witch is dead" about her....

Her former staff are now telling it like it is saying, "she does not like unions, she really doesn't". They revealed that they had been "cheering on" Workplace Relations Minister Peter Reith's savaging of Ms Kernot's defection to Labor as "both betrayal and hypocrisy".

One staffer said, "He's saying everything we can't say."

Reith expressed amazement at Cheryl Kernot's defection saying that she would now be forced (in the ALP partyroom) to oppose her own legislation the "Workplace Reform Act".

Yesterday Prime Minister John Howard accused the Labor Party of having a secret money deal with Ms Kernot while deep splits appeared in the Democrat party as three of the six remaining senators vied openly for the vacant position of party leader.

Perhaps the most interesting perspective is in today's Courier Mail in an article by Wallace Brown who justifies her move to the ALP as follows:

"Unlike others who have changed allegiances but kept their seats until the following election (Chip and Colston come to mind), Kernot has made a clean break from Parliament before she enters it, she hopes, in a new role, that is the difference."

(ie That makes it alright...)

Subject: Born Again Politicians

Dear Sir,

I love this latest scam... I just love it.

What a marvelous scenario for yet another rort on the poor old genuine Aussie.

Our "Holier than thou" Lady Cheryl has divined that is far wiser to be one of the many fat "Pigs with their snouts in the trough" than to be the "Catch of the Day" in Oxley.

Yours in Hope,
Allan W. Doak

Subject: Antonia was spot on

Dear Editor,

Your correspondent Russell needs to get his nose out of the textbooks and look at the real Australia. The role of a High Court in a democracy is to INTERPRET the laws made by the parliament, not to INVENT law where none existed before, as the High Court did in Mabo and Wik.

It is also supposed to interpret them in accordance with the expectations of the people who give it authority under their Constitution: in this case the Australian people. In Mabo and Wik, the court acted in accordance with the 'expectations of the international community', whoever they are, and I challenge Russell to produce ONE AUSTRALIAN who voted for them.

In case you hadn't noticed, Russell, Australia is no longer a democracy, except for people who believe the words, but ignore the substance. The system has broken down. Antonia Feitz was spot on, which, incidentally, she usually is.

Graham Strachan.

Personal trivia, from the global office:

Another beautiful day in paradise.

Have a good one....
