Most publications that are currently available in print from Purchasing Australia are now available to you in electronic format. Australian Antarctic Division Australia's Antarctic Program is managed by the Australian Antarctic Division of the Department of the Environment, Sport and Territories. The Division is responsible for the support of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE).
It is also charged with administering the Australian Antarctic Territory (AAT) and the subantarctic islands of Heard Island and the McDonald Islands. As part of its function the Division conducts its own science programs in the region.
