RALLY AGAINST RACISM - DEC 13

Campaign Against Racism has called a rally against racism to be held on December 13, 2pm outside the GPO in the Bourke St Mall.

The theme of the rally, which will be held to mark International Human Rights Day (December 10) is

• - Defend Native Title & Land Rights
• - No Jabiluka Uranium Mine
• - No cuts to Abstudy
• - Say No to Howard & Hanson's Racism

Speakers at the rally include:

• Sid Spindler (Defenders of Native Title)
• Margaret Gardiner (Wurundjeri people/Mirimbiak nations)
• Jacqui Geia (Mirimbiak Nations)
• Leigh Hubbard (Trades Hall Council)
• Charmaine Clarke (Greens)
• Jabiluka campaign speaker
• Campaign Against Racism

The rally will march from the GPO to the Liberal Party offices in Exhibition Street and back to the mall to conclude.
