Pauline Hanson's One Nation
Queensland State and Federal Conference -
Toowoomba - 4th and 5th April 1998

The hour long drive from Ipswich, the heart of Pauline Hanson's seat, to Toowoomba was uneventful. It was a perfect autumn day with not a cloud in the sky.

This is a beautiful part of Australia the journey taking in the Lockyer valley, the breadbasket of Queensland, and rising sharply to the growing town of Toowoomba on the top of the range.

The photographs below were taken from the top of the range and in the delightful town of Toowoomba.

The meeting was scheduled to start at 10.30am at the Burke and Wills Hotel.

I arrived shortly before the 9.30am sign in and joined the happy throng of One Nation candidates representing both Federal and State seats.
