Background: Born in Liverpool on the outskirts of Sydney Roy was the fourth child of Police Sergeant Adam Schell. Roy Grew up in Moama on the Murray River and Mudgee in the Central West of NSW before moving back to the Sydney area. Roys father was murdered On Duty in 1968 but Roy followed his brother into the NSW Police in 1972. Performing duties at Chatswood, Pymble and Hornsby in Sydney, Roy transferred to Goulburn and later to Cumnock in the Central West. Roy left the Police in 1989 moving his family to Buderim on the Sunshine Coast where he worked as a delivery driver before starting his own business manufacturing playgrounds and equipment.
After five successful years Roy sold the business and started a new advertising concept before becoming involved with Pauline Hanson's One Nation. With the support of his wife he now campaigns full time.

Married to Jennifer with four children aged from 20 to 13.
