Heather Hill casts her vote

At about 10.50am Heather arrived at my booth and took me to the Ipswich School booth where she would be accompanied by Pauline Hanson when she cast her vote in the seat of Ipswich for the media at around 11am.

The media pack was ready and waiting when we arrived.... Pauline met us at the entrance to the school - a time for me to join the media pack.

The images below show the scrum around Heather Hill and Pauline Hanson before Heather casts her vote.

The main issue raised during the press conference was the bogus how to vote card authorised by the ALP - and deceptively handed out as an official Liberal Party card. (See image on right)

The scrum followed Heather and Pauline into the tiny voting area, completely taking over the room.

Because of the size of the room and the aggressive nature of the media (especially TV cameramen) I had to call up some favours to get Pauline and Heather to look my way.

You will tell where because of the line up of cameras looking at the back of Heather and Pauline's heads!

All too soon the vote had been cast, the media started to disperse and it was time to leave... yes, the man in the photo left below is Channel 9's Lynham who could not face Pauline Hanson.
