Most webmasters have made a reasonable effort in presenting their webs to the netsurfers but sites in this section are not rated higher because of the dullness of the site, or the lack of a good graphical presentation.
(A very plain site can be enhanced by the inclusion of just few good graphics relating to the subject, but one thing to remember, a good site can be very offputting if the main images and logo take forever to load) This rating in no way reflects badly on the web provider or service which has to be excellent to be represented here in the first place.
